CONSULTATION -

During our consultation together, we will discuss an overview of your decorating goals for your family and determine those which are most important to you.  My goal is to have the finishing touches reflect your personality! 

Understanding that almost everyone lives within a budget, you decide what your budget allows for and a comprehensive plan is put into action to meet your expectations. 

Selling your home?  Visually Yours by Liz - begins with a walk through and evaluation of your property.  As we walk through your home together, we will document suggested changes for you to consider. These suggestions will provide you with a step by step plan for changes in your home that will aesthetically showcase your property to its fullest potential.  After the walk through is completed, the staging process begins.  A staged property allows for the buyer to envision how his personal furnishings will fit in the home.

COLOR CONSULTATION -

After determining your style preferences, you may decide to add color to your walls.   We will select a color palette that complements the upholstery in your furniture to create the perfect setting in your rooms.  Since it is the color palette on your walls that determines the warmth and character of your living spaces, our goal is to select colors that flow naturally from on room into the other.

ACCESSORIZING / FURNITURE -

If you are adding to existing accessories in your home, you can opt to have Visually Yours by Liz shop for you.  I will personally select and incorporate your "new" accessories into your decor.  Accessorizing is the key to pulling everything in your room together and completes the finishing look. 

Visually Yours by Liz can accompany you for furniture shopping if you are redefining your home with a fresh new look.  Quite often, clients purchase more pieces than needed for a room and do not realize it until the furniture is delivered.  By determining how the room will be laid out prior to shopping, you avoid unnecessary purchases.
    

SAME DAY REDESIGN -

This is truly the ideal solution to transforming your living spaces quickly.  By using furniture and accessories already in your home and reconfiguring your space, we achieve a home that is visibly exciting, comfortable and warm.  A same day redesign can be completed in less than 2 hours.   You can consider completing one room before your out of town guests arrives; or begin with the room your family gathers in most, this room becomes our focus during a same day redesign.  

HOME STAGING -

Through home staging, Visually Yours by Liz creates the perfect furniture layout for the homeowner.  Staging enhances the beauty of your home and brings life to an otherwise uninviting space!

When selling, it is a good idea to consider staging your home prior to the initial visit from the buyer.  Staging will optimize your marketing potential and probability of a timely sale for the best market value.  Overall, home staging keeps you one step ahead of your competition!

HOME DECORATING EVALUATION -

This service appeals to the client who is "ready to decorate," but who prefers to have VisuallyYours by Liz offer you suggestions for furniture and accessories  throughout the home.  This service does not involve staging; it enables the client to accessorize or furnish their home as their budget allows, while following the suggestions provided by Visually Yours by Liz.
